Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200c.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan, once hot, add the onions, mushrooms and garlic, fry gently for a few minutes, then add the Italian herbs chopped tomatoes, stock cube (crumbled) and lots of salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to a simmer then add in the Quorn mince.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile place the spaghetti in boiling water and simmer for 10 mins.
  6. Place garlic bread in the oven for specified time on packet.
  7. Plate up and serve!
