Method
- Preheat oven to 200c.
 - Heat oil in a large pan, once hot, add the onions, mushrooms and garlic, fry gently for a few minutes, then add the Italian herbs chopped tomatoes, stock cube (crumbled) and lots of salt and pepper.
 - Bring to a simmer then add in the Quorn mince.
 - Simmer for 10 minutes.
 - Meanwhile place the spaghetti in boiling water and simmer for 10 mins.
 - Place garlic bread in the oven for specified time on packet.
 - Plate up and serve!
